Fourth Quarterly Interim Dividend

The Board of JPMorgan Japan Smaller Companies Trust plc announces that the Company's cum income Net Asset Value ('NAV') was 401.6 pence per share at 31st March 2020. Accordingly, in line with the Company's distribution policy, the Directors have declared that a fourth quarterly interim dividend of 4.0p per share for the year ended 31st March 2020 will be paid on 15th May 2020 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 14th April 2020. The ex-dividend date will be 9th April 2020.
