C Share Portfolio Realignment Update

Realignment Progress

The Board of JPMorgan Global Growth & Income plc (the "Company" or "JGGI") is pleased to announce that since the admission of the Scheme C Shares on 20 December 2022 the realignment of the C Share portfolio from that of the JPMorgan Elect plc Managed Growth Shares to match that of the Company's Ordinary Shares has been progressing well and the alignment has achieved c.77% commonality to date.

While significant progress has been made realigning the C Share portfolio, we would remind investors that these investments will continue to be held by the Company as a separate pool of assets attributable to the Scheme C Shares until such time as the assets attributable to the Scheme C Shares have, in accordance with the C Share Investment Policy, been aligned with the Ordinary Share Investment Policy to the satisfaction of the Board. Once so aligned, the Scheme C Shares will be converted into New JGGI Ordinary Shares on a Net Asset Value ("NAV") for NAV basis in accordance with the Revised Articles.

We would also like to take the opportunity to draw investors' attention to the dividend detail as outlined in the Scheme Circular. Previous JPE Growth Shareholders issued with Scheme C Shares may be paid a dividend based on the net income of the C Share class pool prior to Conversion should the Directors resolve to pay any such dividend.

Further detail on the progress of the portfolio realignment and the potential for payment of a dividend prior to Conversion will be announced in due course.

Capitalised terms used but not defined in this announcement will have the same meaning as set out in the Circular issued by the Company on 21 November 2022.
