As at 31(st) March 2020 the Company's issued share capital consists of 281,633 ,910 Ordinary 5 pence shares with voting rights. The Company holds 74,111,907 Ordinary shares in Treasury.

Therefore, as at 31(st) March 2020 , the total number of voting rights in JPMorgan American Investment Trust plc is 207,522,003.
