I have had Jazz FM on my watch list for a while, though I am not quite sure what it was that brought my attention to it.

What puzzles me though, is that there appears to be nil trades and the price sits at £1.94, day in, day out. Why?

Digital radio will be massive . They are one for the future 5 years+

Chrysalis are imo a better play now.

Moving higher this morning @ 185p (Current).

For another company to make a higher bid for them they have to put in a bid of £2.20 or more.

Will this happen?

Comments please.

Guardian Media bid of 180p.

Could there be higher bidders?

Recently Jazz FM have been out performing the market by increasing sales, whilst the giants of Capital and GWR have been in the doldrums.

However, recent improved signs and statements by Capital and GWR could mean that this company is well poised for improved growth beyond what has already been seen and predicted.

If so, what would the share price likely to be? Is the current level of Jazz FM's share price taking all these possible improvements into account?

Comments please.

Been holding this company for three months. The announcement a couple of days ago that they have had their North West licence renewed for eight years is a very positive step. The only thing holding them back is the current cost of digital radios. However, as with all new technologies these prices are expected to fall dramatically soon. Buy now before the herd. IMHO of course.

JazzFM has the potential to go higher, once the company can pay a 'nominal' dividend. It only has to be 0.01p a share, but it will give the market confidence to zoom close to £3.00!
