The Company announces that it has today purchased 179,603 ordinary shares into Treasury at 425.12 pence per share.
Following the transaction the Company holds 57,940,250 shares in Treasury. The shares in issue less the total number of Treasury shares is 223,693,660. The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.
