Joules Group Plc confirms that its Annual General Meeting will be held at 9.30 a.m. on Wednesday 23 September 2020 at Compass House, Rockingham Road, Market Harborough, Leicestershire, LE16 7QD . As a result of the issues caused by COVID-19, the AGM will be held as a closed meeting and shareholders will not be permitted to attend the meeting in person.

The Annual Report & Accounts for the year ended 31 May 2020, the Notice of Annual General Meeting and Form of Proxy have now been posted to shareholders and copies are available on the Company's website at:
