CEO Succession and Appointment of Managing Director of Apparelmaster
Further to the Group's announcement on 5 December 2017, JSG re-confirms that Peter Egan's appointment to the Board of Directors as Chief Operating Officer will take effect from 1 April 2018 ahead of him taking up the role of Chief Executive Officer.
JSG is also delighted to announce that Gerry Moore will be appointed as Managing Director of Apparelmaster with effect from 30 April 2018. Gerry joins JSG with over 25 years' experience within the textile rental sector where he has held a number of senior positions in both the UK and the Republic of Ireland.
As previously announced, Chris Sander has agreed to remain with the Group until the end of 2018 in order to ensure a smooth and effective handover to Peter Egan.
