Definite buying interest around - not surprising given the valuation anomaly with DAVIS SERVICE GROUP. Even at 35p this will still look cheap.

Have heard that an upbeat trading statement is on the way, but not sure if it is coming this side of Xmas or the other. Looks interesting chartwise - now breaking out above the 25p level that has been a resistance point since January 2008! Should run up to 35p based on current earnings projections.

re - target price

is a BREAKOUT and on moving higher from last January intraday high 25.50p, then all the way, why do you want a target the shares are well undervalued .........on a PE of 6 and sales £236M and market cap of £59M,

Has often been mentioned as a takeover target in the past - clearly a bid would have to be significantly higher than 25p to stand any chance of success.

My Mum had a worse pension deal ; she died the year after she retired. But I agree about directorate risk and responsibility.
I have mentally "written off"my holding here.Maybe a Phoenix will bring us a few quid in the end?

Interesting article giving a flavour of whats to come from SGP division.

The group has bought four FM contracts from Jarvis for SGP, the group's facilities management business. A further four are operated under SGP under licence.

The eight contracts, while under the management of Jarvis, generated revenue of £10.5 million last year, employ 250 staff and each have over 15 years on the contract term remaining.

The contracts will add 35 per cent to SGP's revenue over a year, increasing its presence in the PFI market.
