The John Laing Pension Trust Ltd - Result of Sale of Shares

On 8 March 2019, John Laing Environmental Assets Group Limited ("JLEN" or the "Company") announced that it received notification from The John Laing Pension Trust Ltd ("JLPT") of its intention to sell up to 21,982,157 ordinary shares (the "JLPT Shares"), being JLPT's entire holding in JLEN (the "Transaction").

The Company today announces that it has been advised that all of the JLPT Shares were sold to investors and therefore JLPT no longer holds any shares in the Company. The trade date for the Transaction is 13 March 2019 and the settlement date will be 15 March 2019.
