received the company report which is a work of art .Beyond doubt the best printed report I have ever received. Shame it is so heavy ,bulky and an environmental disaster . The cost of producing such a tome must be high as is the cost of distribution . It then has to be transported to the recycling centre using fuel and thus polluting the environment . They should produce a smaller ,lighter report in future years and give the saving to one of their charities.

Footasylum shs have drifted on lack of news since January...Foot Locker's stonkinly awesome results in USA today, sending it's shs up 20%, gives us a v good lead indicator for footasylum results due next month...sector is obviously doing incredibly well. Sharewatch tip sheet, highly regarded, made FOOT a major buy earlier this year...time to buy whilst market in london hasn't woken up yet

Just goes to show how irrational the market is, as it reacted negatively on the day to the announcement of the proposed acquisition. Agree that its a good chance to add.

Here's your reason...JD Sports dropped on news that Odey Asset Management has declared an 8.2% stake in Finish Line, prompting fears that it's trying to block JD's proposed acquisition of the US sportswear company.

It's still a significant decrease on 2017 and JD are paying $558M ?

Yep, this is the resistance point. Think we will see £4.10-£4.20 within a few weeks. It was £4.50 this time last year, with much lower results. Albeit the retail sector is a bit out of vogue, I still think over £4 still represents good value.
