Jubilee Metals Takeover Rumours (JLP)

Must be a signal to the 10 concert party members that they are ready to launch the takeover.

Even at a modest $3000 a tonne profit that $150M just for copper alone. Todays market cap is £154M! Unbelievably undervalued currently imo and a sitting duck for a takeover approach.

It is certainly likely that we are ripe for a takeover at the current share price which is a ridiculous discount to real value and potential value. Just imagine if you are Glencore how attractive would it be to buy a company that can clean up your waste around the world and make you a fortune in the process. Its a fantastic green badge that’s highly profitable. But I agree 20p would not be enough and I feel sure Mr Slater would agree with that.

The best thing Colin ever did was to employ Leon through the takeover of BMR. Leon has transformed the company from a loss making company into a hugely profit making company, that's why I keep buying. Eventually the SP will head to where it should be and that's way above 15p!

i would be fairly confident the ARABS have taken a chunk of shares. Slater increasing to 12% + to help his cause in case of a future takeover / negotiation. Either way, its time this share had a rocket up its ar...e. 15p T/0 would do me fine. I hold 4m shares at 7p.

Acceleration of the project and makes sense to me to secure production space for these modules now. 100K or copper in a couple of years, wow, if they achieve that. Maybe a takeover, My exit target raised to £1 per share

This will prove to be a game changing day that will quickly take JLP to a new level and a serious player in copper. The SPV arrangement they have unveiled today could be rolled out globally with major mining groups such as Glencore Rio and BHP. The big boys finance it so it can be rolled out quickly and it’s very attractive for their environmental credentials as it’s dealing with large amounts of waste. JLP will come on a lot of radars now as a potential partner and as a potential takeover target. JLP was 9p in June and 12p last December. I don’t imagine this will be available for under 6p for very long.

Just listened to the roast interview and trying a quick calculation on what Leon said about Mopani. 30M tonnes at .07% CU =21KT at about $8000 = $168M. and Cobalt @.04% = 1.2 KT at about $40,000 = $48M So $216M total. If thats at 50% profit which Leon hinted at later that means Mopani alone is worth $100M. He reckoned that would see 3 "modules" deployed. Talk of 10 + modules being deployed in next year or so, barring accidents or low ball takeover I think the future looks rosy. IMHO, DYOR, GLA Chozza

Any of the 3 big candidates to take over MCM from Zambian government would more likely be tempted to make a hostile takeover of Jlp..imho and dyor.

16p and you will not see me for dust. Gotta get there first and I'm starting to think the only way that might happen is a takeover. I'm properly fucking pissed off with this. Topped up after that recent news and still.nothing moves it. Nobody believes in the so called Jubilee Way any more.
