04/10/2021 18:50 | Cheers guys. | 11_percent
04/10/2021 16:30 | 11% Hi, unfortunately you won't find much recent stuff only what's on their site. Not covered by the usual brokers, not even by the tipsters like say Oilman Jim. There was an independent comment a few weeks ago which gives a bit of background Companies IMHO, operate in far more dangerous and volatile places and OK, JKX is owned by oligarchs with a small free float but at least the management have identified the companies weaknesses and acted, especially during the pandemic and re focusing on its core business. Cash rich, debt free and enjoying high gas prices this stock could double! Good luck.https://seeking | jaka
04/10/2021 16:25 | Have a look at recent news feeds, will give you some idea of recent good accounts etc.. They are not exactly great at marketing themselves but it's a good company. Cash has been building up and very low PE ratio, probably close to one with the current gas price. | researchcentre123
04/10/2021 15:27 | Hi guys, Bought as starter batch here.......and looking for ome more info. Is there a presentation which is more recent than the one on the website = 2018......or indeed any report/etc, which tells me what is happening here. Cheers. | 11_percent
04/10/2021 12:18 | Clearing the decks for even more corporate action? UNB are looking for growth via acquisitions rather than increased production. Speculative but hey, that's what these boards are for. We'll see. | jaka
04/10/2021 11:16 | I bought this company in April as it was cheap but actually I think it's becoming quite a good one. The latest management seem to be doing all the right stuff so am looking at it as possibly a good long term hold. | researchcentre123
04/10/2021 10:42 | Hi rjmahan, if you look through the last couple of years you will see that production has been broadly flat (slightly higher) but importantly net cash has been growing a quite a fast pace. It wasn’t so long ago they had a net debt position but at the last update reported net cash of $36m plus a further $4m inventory which would be turned into cash. Given that JKX bumps net cash quarter on quarter things are certainly looking very good ahead seeing that gas prices are currently more than 4x the Average. Upcoming results will show this. Good news also on disposal of Russian assets , cash windfall ahead on a sale | jwilkes1
04/10/2021 10:31 | If they can get anywhere near a reasonable price for their Russian assets this is a good move. The profit is nearly all from the Ukraine - much better to spend on operations there. | hoper2
04/10/2021 09:30 | Thanks for the tip jwilkes1 but i will stick with ANGS a lot more potential in the UK.... WJ. | w1ndjammer
04/10/2021 08:10 | It's a small company and was hit by the pandemic so they didn't bring up what they would have otherwise. Didn't stop profits going up a lot and opening up new wells but just bear in mind results would have been even higher with even higher free cash flow | researchcentre123
03/10/2021 21:17 | It depends what you mean by normal.H1 2021 price levels might be seenslnas normal gas prices. In 2018 they had 12m of bonds which have been paid back in a low OG price period. Most OG companies made nothing in 2020 O for free anyone..Prior to 2018 there is a hazy period where taxes were very high for OG in Ukraine and almost killed off these types of companies. So again what d'ya mean by normal! | officerdigby
03/10/2021 19:50 | Blackouts and energy restrictions across 2/3s of China. Buckle up this winter. | powereddrones
03/10/2021 19:07 | But if in a normal environment they dont make any surplus on a cashflow basis - how can this be a good investment? | rjmahan
03/10/2021 18:27 | JKX drill each year to replace production | thordon
03/10/2021 13:59 | Any views on the FCF / Capex for this. Looking back to prior years they seem to have struggled to get FCF much greater than capex ? It hasn't been down to growth capex either - as they havent developed production much. Anything I am missing here as I am relatively new to oil and gas investment? Cheers, Rob | rjmahan
01/10/2021 20:52 | Trending nicely, a decent production update could see this above £1. It's been a good week gents. | imnotspartacus
30/9/2021 11:02 | Maybe as little as 5 or 6 trading sessions off. Support low to mid 40s established, drifting sideways but with higher frequency trading, a good sign for this stock. A third run up to 50p would follow threw this time so close to the update. Looking forward to reading that! Especially the progress of IG149 and revenues. | jaka
30/9/2021 10:30 | I think when we get the quarterly report/update in a week or 2 there should be some movement upwards | researchcentre123
28/9/2021 13:50 | The way the gas/oil price is shooting up I'm surprised the share price has not broken 50p. If it was anywhere but the Ukraine I think we would be talking of £2 at least. | hoper2
