23/9/2021 16:14 | Profit taking, some PIs getting stopped out too. | jaka
23/9/2021 11:02 | A lot of the under valuation is down to ownership and relative small free-float which gives control to a few individuals. Even without the skyrocketing gas prices, $2 MMBTU to $20 MMBTU recently, this company was and now is extremely undervalued. Cash rich, debt free, and a relatively new source of oil & gas IG149 flowing at these prices it's a steal. Two positive things I can say about the ownership is that they've really cut costs during the pandemic and unlike many other juniors they have not diluted the stock. | jaka
23/9/2021 10:45 | Thanks hoper! | bountyhunter
23/9/2021 10:22 | bountyhunter - I "think" it was mainly due to massive tax and rent rises in the Ukraine. Also there was a lot of uncertainty when Russia annexed the Crimea in 2014 and lots of boardroom unrest. Over the last two years or so everything seems to have settled down - hopefully it stays that way! | hoper2
23/9/2021 10:10 | I'm looking through the financials now having checked reserves and production, can anyone tell me why this company discontinued dividends from 2011? I know they have acquired new licences but production is from older declining fields with a need to replace the decline in reserves so far as I can tell so I guess some of the revenues have been directed towards that? The MC appears to be relatively low which I assume is due to the Russian connection? | bountyhunter
23/9/2021 10:00 | Thanks hoper. That compares with 4,800 boepd (oil+gas) in 2020 likely due to natural decline. | bountyhunter
23/9/2021 09:55 | Researchcentre123 - Ukraine produced 3973 boepd in the first half, I think about 80% of that was gas. | hoper2
23/9/2021 09:47 | For 2020 the rest if all gas or is some oil? Don't know about 2021 but presumably similar? Edit - I presume some of the Ukrainian production is oil based on this... "In Ukraine JKX's wholly-owned subsidiary Poltava Petroleum Company (‘PPC’) is one of the largest non-state producers of oil and gas in Ukraine." | bountyhunter
23/9/2021 09:37 | Any idea how much of the last half years production was Ukrainian gas? | researchcentre123
23/9/2021 09:23 | Higher prices will only be received for the production in Ukraine as the Russian production (53% of total production) is paid for at a fixed price... " In Russia, the government sets certain gas tariffs to which the Company's Russian subsidiary, Yuzhgazenergie LLC ('YGE') has pegged its gas sales price." Happy to be corrected if anything has changed there. | bountyhunter
23/9/2021 09:20 | This company is "off the radar" for most investors. But with soaring gas prices, there has to be a significant correction before long. Moving nicely in the right direction though ... | salisbury3
22/9/2021 19:33 | the average gas price was around 7,800uah last quarter, it’s currently just below 29,000uah!! The next couple of quarterlies and the cash numbers will really open the markets eyes to this . | jwilkes1
22/9/2021 13:19 | It's really a small company....they've got to finish it all off then get it out, not quite like Microsoft who no doubt push a button, generate the accounts and automatically rns it at the same time...... Getting it off early probably means they've got to get up early too! | researchcentre123
22/9/2021 11:40 | 8th of October last year and if recent history is a guide then it could be any time in the day. Why do JKX do that? | jaka
22/9/2021 09:25 | I guess next interesting event will be quarterly update some time next month | researchcentre123
21/9/2021 19:48 | Didn't make 50p today but still up over 8%, should see more gains over the coming days. | imnotspartacus
21/9/2021 19:13 | We are in the sweet spot, let's lap it up! | saint in exile
21/9/2021 17:00 | May interest the chartists out there, Zac Mir reckons 1st stop mid 50s, up from 50p and 65p sometime in October. | jaka
21/9/2021 16:21 | 170k buy just printed. | tricky red
21/9/2021 16:20 | WHOOSH...BIG BUY | jaka
21/9/2021 14:03 | That was in June this year and Michael Bakunenko is a CEO and executive on both boards. Just an idea and not really why I'm invested. | jaka
21/9/2021 13:57 | Miljenko Cimic, Chief Operating and Development Officer, in an interview with Uaprom.info."Wi | jaka
21/9/2021 13:48 | What are their intentions? I could only find jkx owning 10% of unb 2 years ago | researchcentre123
21/9/2021 13:31 | NG driving this for sure but I think UNB's stated intentions could also be a bull point. | jaka
21/9/2021 13:19 | Volume is up 10 times today | researchcentre123 |
