Jetion still has value imo , it still has cash and assets etc . It is moving production output upwards if the mgt are to be believed . A refocus of distribution (perhaps Taiwan) could see them shifting the cells and panels into other regions .
The Euro may well be a basket case and the current whipping boy , but it was Sterling last month and the dollar could well be next . In my eyes currency risk is one of the major issues with investment these days . Which currency can you trust - none really !

Good luck Jetion getting back on track , and good luck to all holders .

rkhl - where do want me start and how long have you got - more to the point how long have I got

summary

1. Rubbish appointments - nepotism - woman down the corridor.
1a. Rubbish appointments - appointed people as Directors who were invested heavily in JHL's competitors
2. Rubbish Sales policy concentrated on Italy
3. Incompetent hedging against Euros' slide
4. Dishonest forecasts and broken promises re profits (misleading the market)
5. Law Suit pending.

etc etc.

EDIT with decent competent management we'd be heading towards 150p now not down to 50p - all IMHO of course!

Its not just JHL that are suffering these days from a lack of money in the AIM market, I can see why they would dual list. The chancellors CG tax rise won't help to bring money into the AIM market with it being so volatile.

The management state they are disappointed with a PE of 2, CHRISMEZ (or anyone), what have management done that you say has caused such bad sentiment (apart from the exchange rate)? I haven't followed JHL for a while.

Drop has been a long time coming (since last RNS) but not unexpected.
They will be losing money at the current exchange rate and that wont be helped by no longer having the dollar peg either.

i personally would not invest in this. read dr stephen greer in usa. tesla gravity generators, and electrolysis the patents owned by jp chase and ford motor company render this a bad investment in my opinion.

Now that it's less pegged, let it rise against sterling but not against the euro.

Should we worry about Credit Suisse dumping approx 1.3% of the company?

Can anyone shed any light on this "Legal Proceeding" that looms over JHL? If CHRISMEZ is correct about the Chinese trait, is there more to this than the JHL board is willing to admit? Some say this stems out of Canada while others insist that it stems from China. Any insight?
