If you buy a few mill at 1p, it should bring your average price down ;-)

Good question! The only answer must be that all shares are 'worth' an amount agreed by those who wish to trade them. They're all worth nothing until that happens.

the buys are sells when matched through an AT trade....but on plus it is all MM trades...they are gladly off-loading their stock to willing pi's buying it for some reason...

...and all the time buys exceed sells they will keep the price here.

my question is why are pi's willfully buying an asset worth 8% of its purchase price?

Sportbilly: as previously, I just mean that all 'buys' are sells from somewhere else, and vice versa, and the buy/sell info is just based on whether the price was closer to the bid or the offer. It's almost impossible to tell what's really going on, but the way the price has stuck around 1p gives some clue.

tr65,

how do they??

...all the buys on plus are retail investors, or of RI size trades. why is it that they are buying....or that for the past week there has been an excess of buys over sells probably to around 5-6 million overall.

These people are buying at 1.1-1.2p to get back less than 1/12th their investment. they can't all be mad, or not able to read a rns statement properly, or shorts closing!

I admire your dedication, sportbilly, but these buys & sells figures mean nothing.

still 19.6mln shares being held though....

if a good proportion of those decide to take the bounty on offer then we could see the share price here drop quickly!

are these still shorts closing or pi's still thinking there is an 8-fold increase to come which the rest of the market has overlooked?
