You know why this isn't moving. A massive SELL hovering in the background imo. You will see, this is going South.

If one cares to review the composition of the share register one may conclude that a mass sell-off as a result of an operational delay is quite unlikely.

Absolute rubbish fiddler, JOG have no control over the schedule, end of.

Already down 10%. This just going to keep falling. What is the reason for the delay? Why is their biggest play being pushed back?

You would think they'd focus so much effort on getting this right. Absolutely stinks here and its not of oil, which is also going down in price.

Explains the price lethargy but Jersey's a passenger so expect such things to happen. Hardly a biggie in the greater scheme of things

Mildly irritating, that's all. The investment proposition remains unchanged. Circumstances beyond the company's control.

Poor news for shareholders this morning - a three month delay - now drilling in November/December.

ssrover - have you actually looked at this stock at all? The well will be drilled when it's drilled. It really doesn't matter as long as it's still happening when the rig is done with its earlier well.

Why would anyone lose money on this unless the appraisal is dry - which is possible but unlikely? In the meantime, the shares are cheap as chips.

By all means enlighten us on the value of the tax losses and tell us why the potentially significant development isn't as good as it seems. And lob in the value of the cash if this well fails.

There's nothing wrong with being bearish but a bit of justification would be helpful, especially using numbers. To have a view as strong as yours, I would imagine you have a pretty detailed spreadsheet. For a start, what oil price forecasts have you built in and what are your DCF assumptions?

Or are you just spouting the hot air of ignorant opinion? In short, why should anyone listen to a word you say?

Looks like we have a "Sell in June (& early July) and go away" sort of year. Will be interesting to monitor prices here going down into this low volume summer period.

I don't have any issue with that. Six weeks earlier or later does not matter does it? The delay is caused based on previous commitments and not because of any changes at Verbier - therefore it is just normal oil business. I did not expect that Ragnfrid North would potentially take up to 81 days (although it might be less than that - we will see). My guess is that the new and experimental simulation they ran brought up something that led them to such extended period which wasn't known when they initially planned the drilling campaign. Still looking forward to a hopefully successful appraisal program at Verbier! Good luck all holders!

Two large supply ships are now circling the West Phoenix (one Norwegian and one British). I hope that is a good sign that she moves soon to Ragnfrid North to begin with the Statoil/Equinor drilling campaign.

just traders pumping and dumping into the rise. no drilling for at least 3-4 months so going to be a very quiet summer here
