12/4/2018 15:54 | a few more buys and up she goes Looking much better than the rest of the peers apart from SQZ | master rsi
12/4/2018 15:19 | Is up today and the trades going on are much more than recently th buys apearing after the marked down and are more than the single sell a very small spread 180 v 181p should encouge the buying troop | master rsi
11/4/2018 13:29 | Remember, management are in discussions to buy an oil producing asset with their cash pile, so possibly hear anytime now and share price will rebound | darkglasses
11/4/2018 11:14 | relax Mr RSI, not only does JOG not track brent but we are all happy with the price going lower to add some more before it doubles in September! | s1zematters
11/4/2018 11:10 | OIL price on the rise again after the lower opening since last night back to over $71 for Brent Intraday Brent | master rsi
11/4/2018 10:59 | After the earlier marked down is moving ahead once again, about time to move up with the other peers that at the moment is well behind. | master rsi
09/4/2018 09:32 | Statoil imply the West Phoenix will do a drill in Norway first, it is at present in Cromarty Firth, so plenty of time. | rogerlin
07/4/2018 20:15 | Can we please keep quiet about this one as I have not finished topping up. Fortunately, it appears drilling is far enough away to allow the share price to drift around at these levels for a while longer. | trulyscrumptious
06/4/2018 17:26 | The 55k sale caused a bit of indigestion. I wonder if it's the same seller who's been knocking us down this week. I'm surprised how little interest there seems to be in this share. Not complaining as it let's me buy for the long term at a better price than I would have believed from doing the research! | hiddendepths
06/4/2018 10:50 | I'm not. Topped up this morning. Can't imagine it hanging around at these levels when the appraisal well is drilling. Risk/reward makes this pretty much the best value oil stock I can see at present. | hiddendepths
28/3/2018 13:38 | As it was the biggest discovery in the North Sea last year I had presumed it was commercial, but perhaps I was a bit hasty. | thatsmart1
24/3/2018 18:47 | Still some risk, be it greatly reduced. Guess if the resources are proven to be near top end and its commercial. We must be thinking about 5 x current market cap. Exciting times ahead. Also throw in some small production purchase, funded by dept and we will be really on a roll with no further equity dilution | zebbo
24/3/2018 08:19 | Things have moved on from this statement in that we now know there will be an appraisal well, but commerciality will surely depend on that outcome. | rogerlin
23/3/2018 17:34 | Interesting calculation, I would assume that it is a commercial find already, or is that likely to be after the appraisal well? | zebbo
22/3/2018 19:20 | 5 x potential upside. I dont honestly see this. Recon you may see £4 with strong results, a good market and good oil price. However, interested in seeing how others get to their valuations (excluding, thats what Malcy says) | zebbo
22/3/2018 13:17 | That's my take too, but still £1.50 or lower wouldn't surprise me in a brutal market. Currently holding 7500 shares about 15% of my overall p/f. We've run out of buyers again lol. | basem1
22/3/2018 12:48 | basem1 what is the norm is that someone who bought a momentum trade will see a sell come in and then panic and you will get the familiar batch of sells and a markdown. I don't believe there is a seller as such just headless momentum traders. As we get nearer the summer the balance of buys/sell will swing in longs favour and this should provide significant headwind up to the Verbier appraisal. | s1zematters
22/3/2018 12:45 | madstock/basem1 reason and logic always wins the day .. eventually. | s1zematters
22/3/2018 12:33 | Surely the sellers are exhausted now. It's been relentless, there weren't many this morning on the dip to 181. A good sign. | basem1
22/3/2018 12:29 | JOG is now my largest holding. -Fully funded -Rig booked -Large partner -5x potential upside on success -Oil price very strong -Excellent chart support at this level. Risk/reward is very good here; it will move well in advance of the drill. I am expecting at least 50% over the next few months. | themadstork
22/3/2018 12:24 | momentum buyers just as likely to jump once a few sells come in, put them away and come back in August. | s1zematters |
