03/12/2018 16:02 | Thanks Pro, just got in and will give it a go this evening :) | captain james t kirk
03/12/2018 10:07 | I grabbed a few more JOG this morning, last top up for me. Thought it would be the best time given rising oil prices and now we should be close to the end of the RN drill and also the fast track 3D data. | pro_s2009
03/12/2018 09:55 | Upload the pic to a site like tinypic.com and then use the link from there to post on to ADVFN. Like so : | pro_s2009
03/12/2018 09:44 | Any techies among us? If so could they kindly tell me how to transfer a j peg file from a PC to a site such as ADVN ? ps Spock's away :) | captain james t kirk
03/12/2018 08:02 | Thanks bullson | pro_s2009
03/12/2018 05:53 | Oil and Equinor UK So oil up this morning at $62.50 not a bad start for the week and I hope opec and non opec can find a good balance for the future. Seadrill and Braemer are now both listing the start for Equinors UK campaign (Pip, Bigfoot and Verbier) from mid December onwards, that's from their websites. I guess its more a guideline they got given from Equinor for their equipment - we will see what the actual start date will be. But at least a bit of movement. Wonder if and when we will find out about the PGS fast track data for Verbier and Cortina overlay...they wrote December... Good luck all holders! | bullson1
27/11/2018 10:17 | Might be an rns here before West Phoenix putputs to its next location but the next two drills are much shorter (if they happen) before our drill: | mariopeter
27/11/2018 10:12 | yes dlm2602 and you have been conservative. We would be the easiest takeover in the West! Well done Pro agreed anything under £2.00 seems soft money. | mariopeter
27/11/2018 02:18 | I took another lump of JOG stock yesterday, anything below 180p is absolute bargain territory. | pro_s2009
26/11/2018 23:07 | RN: drilling days so far 54, remaining days 27. | xxnjr1
26/11/2018 20:44 | Today, Faroe Petroleum rejected an unsolicited offer for their company by DSO. In their rejection of the offer they said amongst other things that the bid " is equivalent to US$6.8(3) per barrel of 2P reserves and US$3.2(3) per barrel of 2P reserves + 2C resources, which is substantially below the average price paid recently for comparable North Sea (in particular, Norwegian Continental Shelf) portfolios of US$12.1 per barrel of 2P reserves and US$9.5 per barrel of Total Resources respectively. " If we assume that the 2P reserves of Verbier are just 25m and JOG's 18% equates to 4.5m bo, then using the $12.1 bo of 2P above would value JOG's holding at £42m or £2.10 per share. If you include all the other leads in the P2170 licence and assume the low case scenario in JOG's presentation of 70m bo, this would equate to a take out price of £5.90 per share. There may be difference between the assets of Faroe and JOG which mean Faroe is more valuable but to me this serves too show how undervalued JOG currently is. | dlm2602
26/11/2018 20:03 | Think we will get some share price movement Northwards as soon as Ragnfrid has completed and we are on the move to number 2 | pol123
26/11/2018 12:40 | Still going at RN. | pro_s2009
19/11/2018 10:27 | New update - 4 minutes ago - described as at anchor. | hiddendepths
18/11/2018 22:28 | He could've just bought JOG for c.£3.50 per share for cash and assets worth at least >£4; I'd have sold him mine anyway: | value hound
17/11/2018 01:52 | Hard to tell what they have been up to exactly...but on marine traffic she has now been updated as being anchored again and the supply ship sitting next to it. Ragnfrid must be a bit special from the beginning, since they did that digital twin simulation drill back in June as a first for Equinor to prepare for the real drill with the West Phoenix. Here the article hxxp://edrilling.no/ | bullson1
16/11/2018 12:46 | Destination Code: US ONX is Phoenix Arizona! Clearly a mistake. This is on Westshore Shipbrokers "SIDDIS MARINER Equinor - Supply duties - D/D 14 18.11 - BERGEN" | xxnjr1
16/11/2018 12:22 | Yes the ETA on that tug was 14/11/2018 | mariopeter
16/11/2018 11:21 | I'm not well versed in reading maps but the Siddis Mariner appears to be going to the rig on "the vessels in the area" section. Is this at all relevant ? | captain james t kirk
16/11/2018 11:14 | 0.6 knots is a bit odd. How rigid is the rig when it's on station? Maybe it's now anchored, moving around in the strong wind which seems to be blowing at present. It clearly moved around a bit last night judging by the timeline. Possibly it's readying to move off, after a dry hole, rather than respud. No doubt all will be clear by Monday. | hiddendepths
16/11/2018 09:52 | Yes - well spotted mariopeter. RN is planned to be an 81 day well. 37 days remaining, as spud 44 days ago. (Quite why JOG management previously thought otherwise bit of a mystery!) Status shown as "underway", but at time of this post that was about 9hrs 40 mins ago. Rig had only moved about 10m. Unless rig moves further, and hate to write this, may suggest a re-spud? Destination still showing as "RN". | xxnjr1 |
