11/11/2020 00:40 | Ref significant holdings, I posted the information I was given by a senior JOG employee during the course of a telephone conversation that took place a few weeks ago. I had commented on L&G seemingly having sold out (assuming that the 10 September RNS stating their holding was less than 3% meant they'd sold the lot)and was definitively told they hadn't. JOG's share register apparently confirmed the same because L&G interest was shown as 4.54% as at the end of September. It appears L&G really have gone now - or are at least now holding less than 3%. Maybe they're behind the frequent drops of 25k & 12.5k shares on top of any buying enthusiasm? I see there's a new institutional holder called Quilter Cheviot which has shown up for the first time (I think) as holding 3.47%. Did I miss their holdings declaration? JOG can only issue an appropriate RNS on receipt of notification from the relevant significant holder. As a general comment it would seem that not all significant holders make the necessary declarations at the appropriate times (or at all). When I tried to establish what the penalties were for failing to do so I couldn't see that there were any, so maybe it's no real surprise that some don't bother. | highlyunlikely

10/11/2020 16:17 | If you want size you may go to WINS but you will have to pay premium 89.50p and offer still at 87p 16:03:24 89.50 6,299 5,638 before that deal another MM added to the bid so now 2 at 85, only 1 at offer 87p | master rsi
10/11/2020 15:47 | WINS has decided to go forward with a 85p bid, so maybe we will finish up for the day Just reported a delayed 10K buy at Equis exchange paying premium this morning 88.54p when offer was a 87p 10/11/20 | 11:54:51 10300 88.5437p | master rsi
10/11/2020 15:15 | But there is another seller that still wants middle price and there is a MM obliging 10:19:29 85.50 25,000 21.38k | master rsi
10/11/2020 14:49 | this gba project is priced here not to happen, 17 mio, perhaps it never will time will tell | chutes01
10/11/2020 14:25 | Very droll CW. Considering a another was adamant they (L&G) had not sold, someone was telling porkies!! Maybe RB has an opinion on clever operators!!! | kakapo1
10/11/2020 11:26 | Well that confirms who the seller was .It was Legal and General after all and there appears to have been no mix up with the holdings as they've sold Thank you Jersey for clearing that up. Significant Shareholdings updated 9.11.20 with no legal and general on the list. | catswhiskas
10/11/2020 08:54 | Is following yesterday rise, and is up on the bid to 84p a few small buys but the 4K buy ( from Aquis Exchange ) was big enough for the MM to go forward | master rsi
09/11/2020 15:08 | This is where the shorters find out how illiquid the market is in JOG as someone has mopped up all their stock as they sold down. | mariopeter
09/11/2020 14:27 | Yes Dow futures breached 30,000 for first time..slightly off topic. | mariopeter
09/11/2020 14:16 | What a change not only at JOG 82 v 85p +6.50 (8.44%) , but at the market in general and in the oil price and the rest of Oil shares. | master rsi
09/11/2020 08:12 | JOG 120mmbo recoverable, 33% API and 6 degree C pourpoint sits well within this article. Article from Oil Price on 2021 prices interesting too. Better than reading some of the speculative guff here. | mariopeter
08/11/2020 20:34 | I stand corrected on NAV. Net cash per share was what I was referring to. | leewain
08/11/2020 18:48 | Leewain....Factors to consider ......Not even worth a comment. | mariopeter
08/11/2020 18:39 | The trend is down so betting against the market is a mugs game. It appears that only a positive write up or positive RNS inflates the price short term then the price trends down again upon profit taking. | leewain
08/11/2020 18:20 | Exactly the same basis as you leewain awaiting a drop to the 50s. Are you expecting a negative RNS to send the shares down ? Or is it pure guess work ? | rbonnier
08/11/2020 17:26 | On what basis? Are you expecting a positive RNS to rerate the SP? Or is it pure guess work? | leewain
08/11/2020 11:48 | You're wrong leewain as you will find out extremely soon . This is a good time to buy the sellers limit is 77P once cleared a technical bounce back over £1 will be seen. | rbonnier
08/11/2020 08:44 | Oh dear not a fb ramper! Predators wait till their prey is cripled before striking. It makes perfect business sense to wair till a company is desperate before stripping its assets. Some predator will get this really cheap. | leewain |
