He is a private investor who is a big hitter he sometimes posts on the lse board . He has managed to acquire 5% of the issued share capital courtesy of a seller currently in the market busy offloading their holding which is partly why the share price is going down everyday. That on the back of small pis panic selling ahead of a possible negative update at the interim announcement in 3 weeks and we are heading back below a quid imho.

WHO is James Baldwin who has popped up with 5%+ of the shares in current issue?

Of course there are going to be project delays and this was never going to be producing oil any time soon. Nothing has changed since last week. The price action is silly.

Run for the hills before this is back to 60P before the end of the month when the results confirm project delays imo and Bones698 is proved right .

I will certainly buy the shares i sold back once the seller is clear or there is some positive news and sentiment changes.Dont mind paying more than I sold because obviously the shares are going up rather than down everyday which is our current trend.

Yes I tried to sell some last week and couldn't get them away. Reduced a bit on Thursday in the end. Patience required but hopefully the first stop will be the gap at 207.

just to add you could buy at 135P on Friday afternoon and the market makers didn't want the shares for love of money I decided to reduce my holding by 2K the NMS and my broker had to start ringing round. We saw what happened when RG sold nearly 10% and it appears to be happening again .

I think its going to go down further .Sentiment is currently negative as there has been no news since 6.5.20 when we were told despite Covid everything was on track with concept selection to be complete in summer 2020.Now im not so sure and any delays highlighted in the interim report due to covid and I wouldn't be surprised or blame the company then the share price will probably become a penny share again .Add that to imo there is a seller here with a large holding and things currently are not great.

Small trades, long weekend, news lagging, doesn't take much. Sit tight imo, unless you think it's going well down to buy back cheaper. I don't want to be out when news lands and miss what could be quite a rise. Frustrating but it's the same with lots of shares and too easy to get fed up.

What happened to the concept selection by this summer ? share price seems to be falling quite quickly as the market cottons on .

The bears seem to have the upper hand here with the persistent seller dumping the obligatory 5k everyday news is needed one way or the other .Pretty boring stuff .

“As we look at the outlook for BP over the next few years and as we see production declining by 40% it is clear we no longer need exploration to fund new growth,” Looney said this week. “We will not enter new countries to explore.” He added that BP would continue to explore for oil near existing production and infrastructure as it would be low cost and help boost the firm’s cash flow to fund its transition to renewable energy. https://www.cityam.com/bp-ready-to-offload-gas-and-crude-assets-even-if-oil-prices-bounce-back/ .....Cheap to develop near infrastructure

Would not be surprised if HUR collapse when their September update comes out. Potential complete wipeout for shareholders ahead.
