Annual Report and Accounts and Notice of Annual General Meeting

JD Sports Fashion Plc (the "Company") announces that its Annual General Meeting will be held at 1.00pm on Friday 31 July 2020 at Hollinsbrook Way, Bury, Lancashire, BL9 8RR. In light of the COVID-19 pandemic and HM Government's 'Stay at Home' measures on limiting group gatherings, shareholders are asked not to attend the meeting in person.

In connection with this, the following documents have been made available to shareholders today:

    --     Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 1 February 2020 (the "Annual Report") 
   --     Notice of Annual General Meeting 
   --     Proxy Form 

A copy of these documents have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will be available for inspection at http://www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM.

Copies of the Annual Report and Notice of Annual General Meeting will be available to view on the Company's website at www.jdplc.com from today.
