11. Additional information (xvi)
Florence Elizabeth Grant initially held Power of Attorney over her late
husband's affairs, he sadly passed away in February of this year, at
which time she maintained control of his voting share based on the fact
that she was sole executor of his estate. The shares have now transferred
ownership as Florence is the only named beneficiary in the will of Lionel
George Grant. This TR1 simply reflects a change in indirect to direct
ownership.
