Jardine Lloyd Thompson Group plc (the 'Company')
NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS BY PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITY
The Company was notified that, on 26 March 2018, the following persons discharging managerial responsibility ("PDMRs") exercised options over Ordinary Shares of 5 pence each in the Company ("Shares") under the Company's Performance Share Plan at an option price of nil pence per Share and sold a number of the resulting Shares at the price shown below. The options were over existing Shares in issue held by the Jardine Lloyd Thompson Group plc Employee Share Trust (the "Trust").
