Looks like the shorters have got their teeth into this one. Could be a long haul back to £4.00

I cannot see any reason for the shares to fall such that shorting on Monday makes any sense. I may be wrong and am certainly (as usual) the odd one out on here.
This company is first class and it will not be £3 but it is near enough 7% for me to buy in

I have a BIG BIG question --- Why is the net asset value of JLT only 33p and shareprice £3.70. They are suppose to make £72m a year yet Shareholders funds are hardly changing( increasing ) ??

The div is only 5% so is their some creative reserve accounting in play ???

I think we may see levels under £3 .....if UBS had £3.70 before warning ??

But why were directors buying so intensely ??? if CEO resigns ???

All very interesting ?? Any comments kindly welcomed ....I am looking to short on monday ....

If they say they will make on £92m for the year, that's a second half result of just £30m.

That would result in a cut in next year's forecast from £125m to what, £70m? And an eps of under 25. Fair value could well be £3.

Time, therefore, to sell Benfield? I shall ask my Lloyds of London train buddy to explain the overlap of these two companies and report later.

Shear weight of shorters in the market I would imagine imho. Nothing to do with divi, just opportunity for shorters to make easy money.

Cannot believe the drop, they've already indicated the divi will be maintained...considering whether to top up or to think the mms know there's more to come.

50plus, maybe oversold, but there must be a large seller out there or all these buys should have moved the price, will wait till we break up to 375 bid
