TD,

You mean "Justin the clown"?

Absolutely pointless, but it helps to sell shares to mug punters.

The Deacon,

Because the interviewer is being paid to ask pre arranged fluffy questions?

Ask yourself if the interview is commissioned or not, and if the answer is yes, you have your answer.

Funny how such interviews always seems to occur around company placings on the AIM market!

I wonder if they'll be presenting soon?

Why can't the interviewer pitch questions that investors want answered.. Not the fluffy 'youre amazing' questions like in this interview..

"in a hesitant manner"

LOL!

Sounds so much nicer than "people are selling in disappointment, and the price has fallen" doesn't it?

Heinrich Muller, COO @jangadamines caught up with Bonnie Hughes to discuss the latest news and fundraising announced today......Whilst the market has reacted in a hesitant manner the company is extremely clear in sharing its pathway to profitability...https://total-market-solutions.com/2018/09/27/jangada-interview/

maverick,

It makes you wonder why they bothered listing it at all?

Still the other 40% is OPM, and they have access to more of that via the markets so I guess that's the reason.

I don't see a 60% holding in a concert party as a green flag, I see another red one, but hey, that's what makes a market!

The board having over 60% in the company is a green flag!

maverick,

I disagree, conservative prices are the norm, not prices that have no relevance because the price has fallen, and continues to fall.

I mentioned it at the time if you check back...................

Remember the report where they used optimistic platinum and palladium prices?

That was a huge red flag, and so it has come to pass............

RNS 18/6/18 extract:
Brian McMaster, Executive Chairman of Jangada said, "Pedra Branca is a truly exciting polymetallic project. With an estimated NPV of US$192 million, an IRR of 67% and a payback of just 1.6 years..."

maverick247

Of course it's not. It's a long way from realising anywhere near the NPV. The reality is this is going well under 3p as placees flip for 10%

Some pretty feisty platinum and palladium prices used in that report, they're somewhat south of that at the moment, and very surprised that a report dated yesterday uses such high prices.

Thanks, burtond1 - a very detailed and informative read.

I wonder if the note has been prepared in the context of a drive to raise finance, which seems a key next step?

Agree maverick247 that's some return and payback is rapid - extract from today's rns...current mkt cap only £9.6m:

'...Robust project economics with a net present value ('NPV') of US$192 million, Internal Rate of Return ('IRR') of 67% and 1.6-year payback...'
