I wonder if a leak on Skua was the reason for the higher than usual traded yesterday. Not a literal leak, obviously.

Results on Skua-11 sidetrack at Montara should be imminent, a 60 day completion period was advised in the RNS dated 31st of March.

Skua-11-ST has an expected initial oil rate of c.3,500 bbls/d when brought onstream and extending the economic life of the Montara field by one year. The well is expected to cost US$62 million, with a forecast payback period of 16 months and generate a 65% internal rate of return.

I note that Jadestone will be included in the FTSE Aim All share index effective 23 June 2025, as a result of the quarterly FTSE Aim indices review

New sustainability report out..

page 28..

During the 2024 reporting period, the Group received zero regulatory enforcement
notices. Many tanks were successfully removed from the prohibition notice in 2024
resulting in increased ullage and therefore removing the need for a shuttle tanker
to offload cargo every four to six days. The NOPSEMA Level 4 investigation into the
cargo tank 2C loss of containment continued during 2024. In May 2025, tank 2C was
brought back into service, while still being subject to the Montara Prohibition Notice

Did we need this role? Thought the Chair was doing a good job TBH!

Correct. Net debt is always at a point in time. I don't think anyone was arguing otherwise.

Just back from vacation and read the discussion about net debt. So thought I would add my 2 cents worth.
What seems to have been forgotten is that while there is a delay in payment and the report includes the OPEX for the 520000 the OPEX is continuing to add up after the report. So on the day the money is received there will be added OPEX to be deducted and hence net debt will be reduced but will increase until the next load is paid for.
Its a cycle and you cannot take the payment out of context.

Still treading water here. Not sure what to think really. Stemis summed it up very well a while back. Equity was being eroded. Market totally in agreement. Position very much under review.

I haven't posted on here for about 10 days. Made the mistake of correcting the point that 520,000 bbls DOES NOT put Net debt close to ZERO only to be referred to as being part of some duumverate of doom! Very rational! Anyway I'll leave you too it ! Jadestone to £5

It would be good if posters only reply to the content of any particular post and not advance comments on the poster.

Immediately jumped on? That's the kind of language that I'm used to from you now. I haven't immediately jumped on anybody. I'm not posted on here for days if not weeks but you've been prattling on non stop.

A reminder of what I actually said as someone seems unable to read:

That's c. $39m of effective cash which puts net debt close to zero.

Classic ADVFN though. Any nuance or slightly opposing opinion is immediately jumped on. This is what throttles debate and turns BBs into telegram groups where people are removed for correcting a blatantly wrong / incorrect post.

I'm positive on Jadestone as the post copied from Twitter by the PM recently indicated. I'm simply "correcting the we will be debt free when we sell the oil stock" narrative. I hope that's not too offensive
