As the first post says the syndicate is fully subscribed so it's irrelevant now to everyone but members.

10mb should be more than enough to run a message board which logs posts for months before you need to clean it out, you could of course host it on my servers and have unlimited webspace (within reason), email addresses for every member ([e-mail]), SSL, frontpage extensions, access to all perl libraries, all singing all dancing. Normally £999 per year.
For PMRS, I'll charge you the cost of a domain and unique IP assigned to it
