Has everyone (including the management) forgotten about this company. FAQ on website needs updating and I have received no responce after sending e-mail to their 'info' address.Has anyone else tried communicating with the company - if so, was there any reply received ?

Well besides being one of the companies to follow in 2022 it also appears to have been selected as one of the companies to follow in 2021 when it was Adamas Finance Asia. Is anyone else following this thread? If so, then any musings concerning Jade?

An interesting anomoly ... although they don't appear when you search for them on the ii research / search option then I checked further - they do seem to pop-up if you actually enter the epic to place a trade for them .... :-)

If my memory serves me correctly they (JADE) used to show up as available on ii - but just done a 'share search' on ii website and they appear to be no longer showing presently ....

With both VLE and MPO, I or others spoke to the company and were told they had been advised they were not PRIIPs and not required to provide a KID, or they already had, I forget now (assuming it's the same issue here). I've been trading them happily elsewhere ever since.

Lloyds like to play that game too - very likely the documents are not required but Lloyds/Barclays are too scared of getting it wrong, or just don't understand the rules properly. Other brokers (IG, HL) are less restrictive, at least with VLE and MPO which Lloyds won't touch. If it's the same story here, try another broker if you can.

I haven't bought any myself, but IG let me get up to the last step with JADE. If you'd like me to check HL, let me know.
