Group has significant debt (c.3.9x EBITDA) which although strongly serviced by cash flow, is not well liked by the equity markets therefore will trade at discount until they reduce their interest burden.

Sounds like an interesting business though and may read the prospectus if I have some time.

Management is moving to the UK and they were on ICE earlier this month. That should help as well in the next weeks.

I agree earnings will have to print a couple of times for investors to be convinced where the normalised figures stand given the illustrious past. But TP price of > 1200 GBp is indeed not unreasonable especially given where the peer group trades.

The UK peer group might also want to acquire them whilst they are cheap. Q4 is always good seasonality wise - so let' see.

surprised no one seems too interested in this one.. .I think a couple of good reports and more debt refinancing and we are golden (Back to the $17-20 area as in 1200-1400 GBp

great company post "renovation", was an IT.TO holder and sold out at the happy $17~ area. Good time to come back given new management.

UK re-listing finally going to happen on the 25th of January 2017. This will be the cheapest UK gambling stock with growth potential out there. The company has a colourful past but is now in the hands of experienced UK gambling veterans - which should narrow the discount to peers materially. Summary:
