10/7/2021 09:25 | Channel 4 privatisation Daily Telegraph comment - It’s a view. City am comment - A more thorough and balanced article. | hades1
09/7/2021 22:30 | boixdont think so, i did predict this a few weeks ago during similar conspiracy sessions, id say it arrogant to push something so hard on the basis of pure speculation with a different buyer every weekan arrogant person would not admit they could be wrong, i certainly do, but notice i said very clearly - most likely explanationive presented strong information that backs up what i have said for four weeksits not unusual to upset a board when you go against consensus, its only myself and slater who dont think a takeover is imminentits really up to the takeover crew to come up with something better than off book trades wink wink i'm afraid | stansmith3
09/7/2021 21:55 | Stansmith3 You could be right or you could be wrong but either way you are displaying astonishing arrogance - That is certain. | boix
09/7/2021 17:06 | yes ivan its very clearits the last remnants of ftse reshufflinglast time there was a 117m volume day 16 days after the reshufflehow many days since the last reshuffle?sorry to bring the most likely explanation for the off book and volatility | stansmith3
09/7/2021 16:52 | You too mate, thanks. | nige co
09/7/2021 16:28 | And tie in the order book trades with the ITV share price chart for today at 10 minute intervals and you can clearly see what's going on ! | ivanborsky
09/7/2021 15:45 | TipOnly look at the 'trading book' volumes - take out all 'off book' trades. It tells you much more.Have a great weekend | hades1
09/7/2021 15:09 | Supect you would use an algorithm to take it down on low volume first and up on high volume. Clearly you would also pick the ‘best’ overall Market day - ‘best’ to serve your purpose. But just speculation. Not my area. | hades1
09/7/2021 14:33 | I maybe wrong, but if there is a low amount of shares available to purchase I would have thought that in this situation wouldn't the share price have increased? So that it would increase sellers to part with their shares? | nige co
09/7/2021 13:49 | Could an element of the UK float have been sold as ADRs in the US recently? The unauthorised ADRs had to be generated somewhere? Sound possible? Interestingly today’s UK volume and liquidity are both better, I bought a few more earlier today. | hades1
09/7/2021 13:27 | For the last few weeks we have had really low volumes all day then some volume comes after the bell. This points toward a low float out there which creates this volatility. I would like to know how many shares are available to buy, much less than 20% is a low float, I doubt that there are 10% available. | slater5
09/7/2021 12:50 | Nice bounce today, let's see if we get some follow through over the pond, with some high volume. | nige co
09/7/2021 12:46 | There were about four or five 16 year olds on here last Summer over the holidays but soon disappeared once ITV broke through 60p and the new school term started in September. So expect more of the same this Summer as it looks like its begun earlier this year ! | ivanborsky
09/7/2021 12:02 | he had a few monikers with different spellings of cautious to throw us off the scent lol | stansmith3
09/7/2021 12:01 | was it cautios7 or similar the person who always had it in for ceo? | stansmith3
09/7/2021 11:37 | Oh dear, another first time poster without a good word to say about ITV. So much so that to get their point across they've posted the same nonsense on the LSE board as well. Most probably one of those 16 year olds now on their Summer holidays whom frequented this board last Summer calling for 50p, 40p, 30p !! Porsche 1945, more like a Reliant Robin ! :) | ivanborsky
09/7/2021 11:00 | Will take a lot more than England losing 4/2 on penalties against Italy to save itv, dame Carolyn a death sentence for ITV and they have taken far too long to replace her, should have tried to do a deal with one of the streaming giants an age ago. Back to .80p. Whole ftse 100 index capital destructive dross, buy US growth. | porsche1945
09/7/2021 10:12 | No problem my friend. Always worth relaying good news! | hades1
09/7/2021 10:06 | Hades, order book update most appreciated. Cheers. | nige co
09/7/2021 10:03 | L2/3 now even stronger 1100k:780k Someone walking it back up and accumulating. | hades1
09/7/2021 09:40 | After an early wobble at last some blue on the screen! L2/3 looking good - Not seen that for a long while. 1050k:800k Fingers crossed. | hades1
08/7/2021 16:51 | Ivan, are you not worried that the virus is going to take off again that may result in a share price of 50p again? | nige co
08/7/2021 16:43 | No idea Nige to be honest and I very much doubt if the so-called 'analysts' of ITV will have any clue either (some things never change !). Its going to be the best in the company's history that's for sure. An even bigger bonus will be that the world cup qualifiers start soon after the Euros ahead of the world cup in Qatar 2022 and with the world opening up and England's success win or lose, advertising will be huge and especially so as companies continue to move away from social media platforms. And the stock down 4p give or take today, yeah right !! | ivanborsky |
