You haven't provided any evidence to back up your claim that Bloomberg reported that Apple are considering a bid? I could only find a reference in 2017. I can't find it anywhere.

Funnily enough I read an article on iTV ... they could buy the business for the studios and archive, and hive the free to air off to a European broadcaster. All Apple would have to do is use spare change lodged at the back of their sofa ... it would be nothing for them.

Worth noting that the current Emmy Award winning Schitt's Creek - (big on Netflix) has a lot of input from ITV production studios.

apple cant use iTV as a worldwide brand because they would need to call it something else in the ukwould be funny if they bought itv just for that

There was a different broker a few days back who posted a similar amount ... so its good to see all the brokers lining up for £1.10p
I have to say, one good thing about BRITBOX is the series that many people like RED DWARF and THE AVENGERS have hundreds of episodes so once you're hooked (like me) you watch them every night...
This is important as the RATE OF CHURN of people who sign up for Britbox will be quite important.

I tend to watch Britbox for a bit most evenings followed by a bit of Sky Atlantic or i-player depending on whats on..

Was stopped out on the spread bet this morning. At least with some modest profit. But back in now at 75 quid per point. Hoping 73p will hold. Decided that it's slightly easier on the nerves to not get caught with too large a process of averaging down in current circumstances.
