06/10/2020 07:46 | Boix. That upgrade through increased advertising would match why Reach has gone up a lot as well. I see a bit of resurgence in advertising in traditional media, some people are seeing social media for the monster that it is underneath, IMO. | hamhamham1
06/10/2020 07:39 | STV went up loads yesterday. PE ratio 6.71 ITV PE ratio 6.12 so we're still lagging behind somewhat. On different fair value methods (10 times annual normal profits, average FTSE250 PE ratio, etc etc) there is still miles to go. Average PE of FTSE 100 is 16. Average PE of FTSE 250 is 22. If ITV had PE of 22 it would need to be about £2.60 a share.. | netcurtains
06/10/2020 07:35 | Morgan Stanley upgrade in price target from 80p to 90p this morning Sharp Advertising Improvement is the reason Still rated at Equal-weight | boix
06/10/2020 07:12 | There is going to be a huge bun fight for wind farm locations, do they need planning, if so, maybe the gov should auction sites off, one 4G licences, would be a good way to generate money, or even better give away licences built gov has 20% stake in each farm? Ie long term income for tax payer. Business wouldn't like it, but the gov can set the rules. | hamhamham1
06/10/2020 05:52 | The Times Tempus column rating ITV a BUY. | alex1621

05/10/2020 17:58 | The tax rate is 7% of foreign income, the scheme is targeted at pensioners, and lasts for 10 years. Not sure if it's active yet. | alex1621
05/10/2020 17:57 | loli looked at panama after that canoeist who was meant to be dead turned up alive there...they have really attractive rates for retirees! | stansmith3
05/10/2020 17:55 | I read somewhere that Greece are offering a low tax rate to people who settle there ... it doesn't last forever, but at around 10% it's pretty attractive. I'm not sure what the catch is ... possibly buying a property of X value, or something similar? | alex1621

05/10/2020 17:38 | IvanBoorsky: 100% disagree with you. ITV can reach £3 within 5 years. Absolutely no reason why not. No one can read the future. £3 is just as likely as £10 or 50p.. | netcurtains
05/10/2020 17:36 | ivanno apologies necessarywas laughing every time you topped up on the way down | stansmith3
05/10/2020 17:32 | Apologies mate, I stand corrected. Absolutely no chance of ITV ever reaching those lofty levels again. I don't mind saying but I'm looking for £1.20 for starters in any bid situation here. And very much doubt if we'll see the likes of 57p again unless there is a massive tree shake before the bid. | ivanborsky
