23/4/2024 18:31 | Controversial Shifts in Americas Green Hydrogen - BloombergNEF. | sonic25
23/4/2024 13:22 | New business development manager going to be based there. Quite possibly with Linde engineering 🤔 | grahamwales
23/4/2024 13:03 | "The Houston Ship Channel along the Gulf Coast in Texas is the global economy's petrol station. Tankers stream up and down the channel, which snakes from the Gulf of Mexico to within a few miles of downtown Houston, stopping by one of the 200-plus oil refineries, chemical plants and fuel depots that line its waters. Once filled, they carry supplies off to a world desperate for fuel amid a global energy crunch. Those facilities also pump out tens of millions of tonnes of CO₂ every year, making it one of America's largest concentrations of greenhouse gas emissions, and a challenge to a world confronting a climate crisis." | sonic25

22/4/2024 08:10 | "minimal amounts of other pollutants like carbon monoxide and particulates" Really? The writer demonstrates minimal amounts of technical knowledge. The only issue compared to fuel cells is with nitrogen oxides, obviously carbon monoxide and soot will be zero when burning hydrogen. | melton john
22/4/2024 07:36 | LPG cars have been around for years so very little difference in technology apart from no emissions. Liquid hydrogen is possibly the way forward to get the best range. | grahamwales
21/4/2024 10:18 | They also added 200gw of solar power and 60gw of wind power. They are a growing nation whilst the UK is going backwards. | grahamwales
21/4/2024 09:35 | grahamwales: Chris Stark (and the BBC) seems to have no awareness of how his ideas are harming the UK economy. We build the World's largest windfarm on the Dogger Bank aiming to produce 4.8GW of green electricity from 277 massive turbines which is great news but last year China added 40GW of coal fired power stations making a mockery of our fossil fuel reductions. So now the Chinese have cheaper electricity boosting their profit margins allowing them to undercut our exporters. Its important that we manage the transition to a green future sensibly, nurture hydrogen economy companies like ITM but not destroy the rest of our economy in an over zealous rush to net zero. | luckyswimmer3
21/4/2024 09:07 | If you have an interest in hydrogen powered flights or tidal power generation - this is worth a watch. | skinny
20/4/2024 12:03 | ITM now targeting US should help Linde win work hopefully Australia won't be to far behind in getting approval. | grahamwales
20/4/2024 12:02 | Linde have a 16% holding in ITM. I'm sure when the right work comes up they will opt for ITM electrolysers. As Dennis has already stated they are working with Linde on current projects and pricing work with Linde. As for being tied to Linde don't think that is a bad option but again ITM are carrying out FEED studies of their own. Someone recently said its not a sprint but a marathon (DS)and getting the right work and price is something that the previous CEO didn't seem to do. As long as they can show that revenues are increasing and costs dropping the market will react accordingly. | grahamwales
20/4/2024 11:52 | The question is, are Linde giving work to their own organisation at ITM's expense? I am just wondering about ITM being dependent on Linde but Linde does not seem to be putting much work ITM's way. How can ITM compete if Linde know so much of ITM's inner workings? | willoicc
19/4/2024 19:51 | They are not ITM’s partner they are a subsidiary of Linde plc. They have no affiliation to ITM. | grahamwales
19/4/2024 19:48 | ITM's partner but not PEM or ITM? Linde’s White Martins subsidiary has revealed plans to build, own, and operate a second electrolyzer to produce green hydrogen for the southeastern region of Brazil. The German industrial gas company said it will set up a 5 MW pressurized alkaline electrolyzer plant | willoicc
19/4/2024 17:46 | Looks like they are expanding 😁 This is a unique opportunity to join an industry-leading company at the forefront of electrolyser technology, expanding its global reach. Our mission is to help our customers decarbonise through the power of green hydrogen and we are hiring experienced Business Development Managers in Germany and the USA to drive our business growth. If you are passionate about forging new business relationships and thrive in a role where every day brings new opportunities, then we’d love to hear from you. | grahamwales
19/4/2024 16:50 | I would have thought so 😂😂 | grahamwales
19/4/2024 16:43 | I assume they mean 49 ton! | skinny
19/4/2024 16:08 | A long, slow, and painful decline here, just like so many unfortunately. London is not the place to be for technology nor biotech for that matter at the moment, USA has so much higher valuations. | the cronk |
