If they do what they claim, it will transform the battery market. Whether they will succeed or not, I do not know.

I'm not depressed, been past that stage. We're closer than ever, big donuts on the horizon, or a takeout, which will depress me.

Some interesting claims about substantially reducing battery charge times. hTTp://www.zapgo.com/ Our Vision Zap&Go was founded in 2013 with technology from the University of Oxford in the UK, with the vision to produce much better batteries for the modern world. The goal is mobile phones that charge in seconds, cordless appliances like cleaners, drills and hair straighteners that perform as if they were plugged in, and electric vehicles that charge in the same time it takes to fill a tank with fuel today. We are also enabling the national grid to cope with the increasing demands of fast charging electric vehicles. We do this by buffering the grid by storing off-peak or green electricity. This is made possible by a fresh approach to energy storage. First removing all the lithium and cobalt, so the we are 100% safe and low-cost. There is nothing in our Carbon-Ion cells that can catch fire, no matter how fast they are charged. This also eliminates that memory effect problem. This occurs when you have used your phone for a while, it still says it is 100% charged, but doesn’t last as long. We have none of that electrochemistry going on that can wear out the battery, so we are good for 100,000+ charge/discharge cycles. But when our cells do need replacing, they can be recycled. The Zap&Go technology is real today: First products will be in stores this year will include a ride-on where the charge time has been reduced from 8 hours to 5 minutes, a jump starter for vehicles and boats we call ZapStart, that requires no pre-charging. For next year we are working on a cordless drill that can be charged in 15 seconds, a robotic cleaner where the recharge time is reduced from 4 hours to 20 seconds. We are also developing a driverless vehicle that charges in 35 seconds.

Sumitomo and Shell both endorse ITM tech and the price goes down. If we get a North American equivalent, then no doubt we'll be at 25p. Amazing.

They are there as a CEO boffin for control and glory, or easy NED money; They think they morally own the business or have entitlements . Sad!

I reckon that the reason that they don't make announcements, even regulatory ones, is that every time they do they have to effectively say: HEY, LOOK EVERYBODY, STILL HAVEN'T SOLD ANYTHING!! :-( That's my sad face, they don't seem too concerned.

They need to get in the habit of releasing interims and finals, with notice, on set weeks, year in, year out.By not doing so, they have opened the door to criticism and rightly so.

If you had 2 active grams of grey matter in your cranium, you would gather that a transaction at that price for £6 has everything to do with the price of cheese for an off market deal. You are better off not excercising your head, your batteries are even lower..

What has the 17 shares got to do with the price of cheese? Are you short again or schizophrenic?

3 months after year end is a yardstick. Not disputing, but for this year Late July was announced by said FD of the company presumably in consultation with executives . Not good enough and symptomatic of a badly managed company, which hurts since that damages investors interests like mine; and as to market confidence , what is it about 17 shares traded that push up the market cap by a discernible percentage?

Three possible reasons for Late July results changed to 13th August 1. Judgement on accounting & Finance, as poor as that on the judging the Market 2. Disagreement on accounting treatment requiring time to try for a fix 3. Expectation of a transaction that might mollyfy investors post £30m fundraise

I must admit it's become positively dull. I see a crab formation has appeared. We will continue moving sideways until the tide comes in. Then it's anyone's guess...watch out for the claws....well it amused me anyway ;)

It's riding along the bottom channel line. It could be the beginning of a trip to the far north at 50p or, if it breaks down, South to 20p. I'm inclined to be optimistic and have bought back in.
