ITE Group plc, one of the world's leading organisers of exhibitions and conferences, announces that it was notified on 10 July 2019, that its Chairman, Richard Last, had purchased 120,000 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company being 50,000 shares into his ISA, 50,000 shares in his own name and 20,000 shares into his pension, Lynx SSAS, all shares being beneficially owned by Richard Last.
