28/2/2005 16:08 | Do I like this chart ! Bit strange looking, more of an upward slope than a chart. Might be wrong of course but looks like a champagne bottle in the process of being shaken..... | yump
25/2/2005 17:14 | Nice conclusion to the AGM statement: "ITE has now sold 80% of consensus market forecasts for full year revenues and the Board remains confident of fulfilling expectations." I know they book ahead, but nice of them to be so open, considering how cagey some companies are about even single contract details. | yump

10/2/2005 09:06 | Hi Simon, Didn't see your post as haven't looked for a while ! Still here. Interesting how often a steadily rising narrow trading band ends in a jump. Main problem I have is getting a handle on what's a fair price and rating with the biennial variations. Is averaging the only way ?! | yump
22/1/2005 12:39 | Hello yump- Just to let you know you're not alone! I hold some ITE: share price seems to be taking a rest at the moment... | simon54

30/9/2004 12:03 | ITE Group PLC said its exhibition business in Russia and the CIS has performed ahead of expectations in the second half, and as a result it expects profits and operating margins for the full year to Sept 30 2004 to exceed market expectations. In a pre-close trading update, the international exhibition group specialised in emerging and developing markets said full-year revenues are expected to be marginally ahead of market expectations. It also expects full year operating margins before amortisation to rise above 26 pct compared to 23.8 pct last year. Favourable exchange rate movements in the second half of the year have reversed a significant part of the foreign exchange losses incurred in the first half and overheads will be significantly lower than last year, ITE added. Chief executive Ian Tomkins said: "The Group is maintaining its focus on delivering organic growth in these core markets, together with making prudent 'bolt on' acquisitions which are complementary to our existing business." ITE confirms that the results for the full year will be announced on Dec 7 2004. newsdesk@afxnews.com lam | sack of spuds
