Last small 50k top up for a while. Had to pay 1.8p for them but a fraction of a penny shouldn't make much difference in the long run

Yes. CEO referred to these as 'sticky customers'. If you make a decision on an ingredient after 2 to 4 years of trials, you ain't going to just stop ordering. Especially when you cant get it anywhere else anyway as it protected by patent.

Anyway, Zac Mir has referred to ITX on bulletin-board hero's. Maybe that will draw some more attention to this newly created little gem which was found in the dog house.

Excellent research above, cheers.

IMO the incorporation of ITX' products into the likes of dishwasher tablets et al is VERY exciting :o))

Once designed in, these products will sell and sell and provide recurring revenues for years to come. What more could you want? And all with a green/sustainable edge too.

Must really struggle for shares. I expect it can move quickly when it does actually move and volume increases.

Some decent activity today, ask is moving up slowly but going in the right direction.

I can see this catching the attention of a few people soon.

Glad to be holding and happy with the research and analysis. Cant't see too much downside risk and a lot of upside potential from here.

I cannot say. I don't know what the agreed price is or what they can produce this for. If I said a figure I would be making it up. I have worked in the chemical industry and know that it is highly profitable. Just look at the revenues and annual profit of Proctor and Gamble and Croda.

Look at the annual accounts. Yes, they have been loss making but the revenue has always been greater than the cost of sales and the margin is increasing as revenue increases. The administration and overheads are dropping which suggests that at some point in 2021 they may break even on revenues of $4.5m (estimated).

As revenue increases there will be economies of scale. Production rates will increase reducing the cost per kg of the products.

When ITX receive orders for products that will be used in a national product they can pretty much guarantee the size and order quantities and therefore be very productive and efficient. If they can achieve capacity for the factory ($15m per annum currently) I would imagine that this would present the greatest margin, not just revenue.

Unfortunately, it is the shareholder that has had to pay for the business to get to this transitional period but they appear to be coming of the bottom of the curve and seem keen to grow the revenue exponentially.

When you say it's highly profitable for itx, what are you expecting from this new customer ebitda wise?

The Ghost, ITX obviously need to generate new contracts but what we are seeing is a previous contract awarded now being fulfilled.

Interest in ITX will create an uplift in share price as people will start to catch on that they have started to sell to some very large customers directly or indirectly. This is good for revenue growth and the longer term effects of MCap and share price

Unfortunately, perhaps dishwasher tablets are not that exciting but it really is a highly profitable business that ITX are supporting with their polymers. It is essentially chemicals but in a sustainable way which is what people are looking for.

Parob has put the RNS from February above. This highlights the New Wave agreement. What has been found by research is that New Wave are working with Clorox (a circa $30bn business) on a new product that lists itaconic acid as an ingredient.

So, yes, it was in the RNS from February but there is significance in the RNS now. I would assume back then it was just an agreement but now ITX will see revenue from that which will be increasing as the new product goes to market.

From 12/2/20 RNSNew Supply and License Agreements with New WaveItaconix is pleased to announce that it has extended its commercial relationship with New Wave Global Services Inc. ("New Wave"), a leading North American detergent supplier, with a licensing agreement for a new dishwashing detergent formulation and a supply agreement to support the growth in the Company's polymer volumes used in New Wave products. The new dishwashing formulation is based on the new Itaconix(R) TSI(TM) 322 detergent polymer which the Company introduced last month. In December 2018, Itaconix announced a license agreement with New Wave for a new triple-chamber dishwashing detergent pod based on Itaconix(R) CHT(TM) 122. New Wave has gained new accounts and grown its volumes, with the formula now used in private label brands at retailers throughout North America. The new formulation offers New Wave additional competitive advantages available with Itaconix(R) TSI(TM) 322. Roll-out into an expanded customer base for New Wave is expected to commence later in 2020.The supply agreement provides New Wave with certainty on the pricing and supply of up to 1,000,000 lbs. of the Company's detergent polymers over the next two years as New Wave volumes are expected to ramp-up from both existing and new customers.John R. Shaw, CEO of Itaconix, stated: "We look forward to accelerating our work with New Wave on the opportunities ahead for a new generation of dishwashing detergents. With these agreements and other prospects providing a strong pipeline, I am excited about our growth trajectory and broader recognition our polymers are gaining as key differentiating ingredients in major consumer products."

I am not sure this will be RNS'd. New Wave are our customer, there is no change to that as far as I can see. It just that the size of the market and partner of New Wave is potentially enormous.

Its a very strong signal that the ITX products are being widely accepted and incorporated within product ingredients for a range of detergents. It sounds silly talking detergents but this is really big business. It takes years to develop product compositions, trial and test. SO ITX have a growing base of sticky customers.

Samples sent out between 2 and 4 years ago will now be coming back to ITX placing orders whilst new product lines with multiple customers are coming on line using Itaconic acid as one of the ingredients and ticking a number of sustainability boxes.

Great to be in at these levels as this is now looking to be the start of a turn around.

Great find. I knew something was afoot the last few days with the number of trades. Im so glad that i had a cheeky £1500 top up today based on a hunch (or hope) that someone somewhere may be in on the news. Hopefully an RNS drops tomorrow and then lets see what happens. Exciting times indeed 👍

Clorox is a US brand. So nationally means US or North America perhaps Canada and Mexico. So fairly large market. Bigger than UK anyway

I dont know why they would bother. Colorox only have a $29bn market cap. Croda is just a thorn in their side with their £7.7bn MCap. ;-)

Now if ever you needed confirmation of the way this is going I think you may have it.

Huge companies utilising Itaconix products in main line detergents. This is big, highly profitable business. Just look at Croda, Colorox and P&G. Huge multi billion companies.

Whats ITX valuation. £7m..hahaha.

In for a few more tomorrow.

Any dishwasher that doesn't run at least once per day, especially in summer is a very smelly dishwasher.

Also the direct to consumer customers are doing well. Dropps ADW sales are going through the roof and ITX supply them. This is a great case to show how revenues are increasing with existing formulations/ products.

"People aren’t dressing up as much being at home, so they’re wearing the same outfits all the time. But you’re cooking constantly. The dishwasher that may have run once every three days is running once a day now. That’s been a real paradigm shift.”

Nice one Roger, keep us posted on LSE. I must admit I am even more excited now. Clorox are a $30 billion market cap company and their share price has been doing very well as well. Now their major new entrance to the dishwash market contains ITX as a key ingredient. No wonder why John is so excited and he says "we expect great things from it" I can see why now.
