12/2/2002 11:01 | Same as most people in that bought this at £18 and made money, watched it come down and still be backed up by the "experts" as likely to recover, foolishly stuck in and lost what I had made. I feel very sorry for people who have lost money but call it costs to cover your education, you will not make the same mistake again (hopefully!) Also did not renew TW site subs, mainly lack of trust (proven again) but also just was not cutting it. I think a site that gets mixed up with personal affairs and touchy feely tactics lacks integrity, as do most analysts etc. Whatever happened to kavannagh? Those were the days and itx and the like are just hard lessons we all had to learn, wave a fond farewell, they proabably did us a favour in the long run. | chelle
12/2/2002 10:27 | the hound,true.I think this one,out of all that have fallen,has been THE no-brainer. | mh

12/2/2002 09:04 | Normally you kinda feel sad for anyone caught holding a stock that dives, but in the case of ITX you can't feel sorry for anyone. This has been on the cards for over a year, I was amazed to see people still buying this one after the news last week. Anyone who got in then and is now running a loss only have themselves to blame-if you couldn't see this coming stop playing the markets, for your own good. Now who's going to start shouting about a buying opportunity? Hound | the hound

11/2/2002 17:30 | Only days to go......This week will see more bodies cast out of the building by the M4 elevated section - including the HR department. Expect to see this one settle at 5p to 7p. What a waste. | bastet
08/2/2002 18:29 | Dragonman - The Hammersmith bridge is without a doubt in a much better condition than Inter X, but I get the point.;) | erdmanski
08/2/2002 18:20 | I have to say i feel sorry for the people how lost cash on this one, I was a subcriber to rhps and did not fancy this share 'cause it is a tech stock, but can't really believe Tom tipped this share, I think he started listening to too many other people and never really guided people to bail out , and when he did the shares were at 250p or somethng, i know a lot of private investors were probably hoping for a recovery, it is not always a good idea to use stop losses on every share - buy any high risk share that has risk grade of over 200-300, and has came out with a profit warning , bail out at once, it may be sore but it is a wise thing to do. I think private investors are better sticking with safe haven shares or this year, Severn Trent and United utilities and also the building company taylor woodrow looking cheap, good luck | wipo1
08/2/2002 18:02 | I bet they earnestly wish that they were still trading as Ideal Hardware !!! So to I would imagine are the EX. owners of the £50 million raised to 'float' Inter X's plans. £50 million that now resembles a big brown 'floater' passing under the Hammersmith bridge on its way to the fishies tummies. | dragonhorse
08/2/2002 14:09 | Going down again. | cat
08/2/2002 13:47 | Believe me - InterX cannot recover. Any deals they had in the pipe can be kissed goodbye. They needed sales this quarter, and no-one in their right mind would invest 000's in a solution that won't be supported in a few months. Will another vendor buy the software off them - I doubt it. It wouldn't be easy to integrate the technology into your existing offering (it doesn't exactly sit on a BEA server !) Will InterX plc ditch InterX Technology ltd (the software side of the business) and sit pretty hoping the Dilligenti deal comes off... I think so, and this is the only hope for ITX. If you want to gamble on this outcome, wait 'till the shares hit 1p, then be prepared for a long wait... | evansmi
08/2/2002 13:36 | yep .... Loads on the way up, :-) some on the way down, :-( this time, one from 87p and one from 65p :-) | cat

07/2/2002 17:23 | Look at the thread title! It's a good job Percy is brand new to these boards in 2002. He would have had a seizure if he'd been around when Enron, Railtrack, Independent Energy, Independent Insurance, Equitable Life, Boo.com, Brent Walker, Polly Peck, Availeon and ERA group (to name a few) drew their last breaths! | mi££ions |
