Ironveld has been notified that on 3 February 2020 Nick Harrison, Non-Executive Director, purchased 2,750,000 ordinary shares at an average price of 0.74p each.

Nick Harrison's revised beneficial interest in the Company is 17,210,310 ordinary shares (of which 10,062,470 are represented by his interest in Westleigh Investments), representing 2.63 per cent. of the issued share capital.
