marked higher - lowest ask is 2.40p. Only 25k on show at that.
Next, 2.50p with 70k shrs, although that figure is the total from 3mm's.

Then 2.6p with 25k from one mm.

I suspect AMER AGM didn't go down very well with some investors who have invested in all GC companies. All of them are down today. Guess people losing faith in the old man and his abilities.

From Sylvania Platinum Limited third Quarter Report to 31 March 2018 published two weeks ago.

No idea what it means.

“The Company received consent in terms of section 11 of the MPRDA from the DMR to cede the rights to mine heavy minerals, iron ore and vanadium ore on the farms Nonnenwerth, La Pucella and Altona to Lapon Mining (Pty) Ltd, a subsidiary of Ironveld Plc. The Company shall commence with the approved cession which will conclude the agreement dated 14 March 2012 relating to the acquisition of the Ironveld Group from Sylvania by Mercury Recycling Group Plc (now Ironveld Plc), wherein dividends in specie were distributed to Sylvania shareholders on 16 August 2012.”

On 11 April 2017 the RNS announcing the signing of the smelter MOU stated that a further £4M would be due on the first and second anniversaries of the MOU signing. Does that mean that a further placing for £4M is due shortly?

Just looking back in here after a while away.Has anyone got any insight into how much equity is likely to be required in the financing deal, and at what price? Also I seem to recall that the smelter was some distance from the actual mine, is that right? Thanks for any advice, I will read back through the thread now.

1622hrs - slammed with that 400k shrs dump @ 2.25p ....makes you wonder if buying in here is maybe not such a good idea after all.

Could be just a one-off end of tax year loss crystallisation, would be a kind thought.

Could the water licence be in the post.

Yes, Tommy. Can't believe this one has retracted all its gains. Bushveld is an example of the kind of gains to be expected should financing and the water licence come through in the next month or two.

Putting some colourful tinties on, it sounds as if the only outstanding permit, the water license will land beginning of Q2, which may well be as soon as April. That in turn should unlock the lending facilities which are now at an advanced stage apparently, resulting in restarting production within 6 months, with projected $12m of free cashflow annually.

What is not to like ;-)

People selling now in haste surely know that the award of the water license is going to trigger a reaction in the sp!

The RNS announcing the acquisition was dated 11th April last year, so just about a year ago, and contained the statement:
"The transactions will enable early production of HPI, Vanadium and Titanium..."

Early production? I don't think so. The delay in arranging financing is now a real worry.

Enen though I have a small investment here this is now a real gamble based on the finances been agreed. Unless this sorted by 31st December 2018 the money will have run out. This is now a pure gamble and very speculative. Not for those gambers who cant affford yo lose any money. You have to speculate to accumulate. Good luck to those invested here. We may all need it
