28/11/2017 12:46 | We know Tracarta added 6 million as recently as 27/10/17 . (At what price I know not) I find it hard to believe that they did not know THEN that this placing was on the cards given the connections (i.e. J.W. Tracarta CEO) Any thoughts ? | annie38
28/11/2017 12:37 | Continual selling this morning. Share price can only drop. Positive cash flow seems a long way off at present. Glad I bailed out here. All we get is negative news and the same news being repeated. Finance talks are ongoing !. What a dud of an investment. | underhill2
28/11/2017 10:41 | at these levels the share price looks good value but actually achieving cash-flow seems very long winded and elusive even. | inside2
27/11/2017 21:24 | Will John Wardle go for the double dip? | bigwavedave
27/11/2017 16:40 | I would agree Ladeside. This placing although unwelcome should have the effect of putting a floor under the share price at around 2p for the medium term. On that basis it is arguably quite an attractive binary bet/punt in that any news of funding being completed will probably see this price double while downside would appear now to be limited. (Hopefully) | annie38
27/11/2017 13:38 | On the positive side the placing price wasn't too far below the current share price and it does at least provide some security as regards funding should there be further delays etc. The negatives are of course further dilution at low levels and of course it could be seen as delays are expected as opposed to possible........ | ladeside
27/11/2017 08:24 | It made me laugh as well. Continual placings and continual dilution.Soon the shares will be trading at 0p !It's the same old story. At least the Directors salaries are paid for up to the end of 2018. | underhill2
27/11/2017 08:03 | That made me laugh mouse. Yep, news of placings is fairly regular, anything material or useful for the share price not so much. | broncowarrior
17/11/2017 15:00 | A particular buyer knows all about imminent! | aceuk
17/11/2017 14:23 | Still you have to wonder whether it is wise to start dumping into a thin market when it's quiet and therefore may not get the best price for your shares. Agree with everyone that an update would be really nice atm, but on the other hand, it was only two weeks ago our buyer added 6.1m shares. | novicetrade68
17/11/2017 11:26 | I was thinking of the pipeline which was still imminently imminent in late 2014 but did not actually open until October 2016. Wardle told me it would take only six weeks to build. As for smelters...hmm... | bigwavedave
17/11/2017 08:27 | Don't fib, imminent remained imminently imminent until mid-2017 when it became imminent again - we are still waiting! | aceuk
16/11/2017 22:42 | "Imminent" is a swear word if you had exposure to another Giles Clarke company, Amerisur Resources. They got there in the end but the "imminent" of 2014 did not happen. | bigwavedave
16/11/2017 21:25 | When I look back over the RNSs for the past couple of years, initially they seemed to be making excellent progress and getting all of their ducks lined up, including promise of finance for the project. Then when they started to talk about the signing of the lease being "imminent" that's when it all started to go pear-shaped. That's when the whole project became dependent upon the SA government department, and that's when everything ground to a halt. I thought this latest acquisition idea might move ahead a bit more quickly. But no, that seems to have ground to a halt as well. If I wasn't already invested in this I wouldn't touch it, but now that I'm in, I may as well stick with it in the hope that I might get my money back in several years. Or I may get nothing back. I certainly won't be investing again in any company that's operating in SA, and I imagine I am probably not alone in that. | vatnabrekk
16/11/2017 20:44 | Why would they do anything? Peter Cox has managed to take a big wage for many years without doing anything. So why would he bother doing anything now? | mouse20
16/11/2017 17:37 | amen to that. | inside2
16/11/2017 16:47 | If they would just actually DO something, it would help! | vatnabrekk
16/11/2017 16:04 | Hmmm. Down 10% on £10k of sells, max. Probably less. Certainly weakness but hardly mass exodus. (Not that that is much consolation if you're holding). | bigwavedave
07/11/2017 09:11 | it does, it's a fact of life. | inside2
07/11/2017 09:07 | Everything in SA seems to take forever to materialise. | vatnabrekk |
