After all this time they really need to say what the hold up is in getting this project up and running with the original smelter. Now the acquisition of the second smelter has slipped also.

Peter Cox CEO says he is delighted with investor support and talking about a position of strength. What planet is he on when they are now giving away 27% of the company for a measly £2.1m at 2p. That's not a position of strength. The company is nearly strangled. Shocking performance.

Terrible share price for the issue, I had some trust in Clarke that he was a better businessman than that.

I hold both Iron and Amer. Was expecting positive news and share price rise before a placing. Really disappointed to see it now. The timing of the RNS seems very sneaky too. Not looking forward to the next few days.

Feel for you guys, got the RNS alert and was expecting good news. Not the placing news I wanted or expected.

Still sitting on the sidelines, but I'm somewhere near the back distractedly fiddling with other things and wondering if I should just go home.

News normally comes in clusters, so be interesting to see what happens with KENV and AMER in the next day or so.

I only hold AMER.

We need news on:
1. Lease for land to build the 15MW smelter
2. The acquisitions.
Hopefully soon. If either of these come through I'll be throwing some more into this one.

Hmm this is a bit disappointing, albeit the volume on the drop is small.

We need more than nibbles. We need news. And not in 12 months.

Should have checked the liquidity on this before I bought in, quite hard to buy or sell anything significant. On the flip side that means it should shift on material news.

If Bronco is in, it's time to sell

First time I have ever bought in here. Price and potential looks good. Higher quality ore will never lose value.

Tried to buy 2500 quid's worth just now and was no availability. Tried at 1500 and the same. Bit odd.

And, of course, we are still waiting on the land lease.

Yes, we are waiting for the acquisition to become contractual which is subject to shareholder approval to raise the necessary funds. But as with all things ironveld, it's late!

Am I right that there will have to be an EGM to get shareholder approval for the acquisition of Siyanda Smelting and 70% of Power Alt?

So now presumably we are waiting on the shareholder circular to be issued.

I was expecting a large delayed sell, there it is...

Interesting point, is that correct?Of course we will be trucking ore to the recently-purchased smelter, which needs a lot more trucks than finished products...

We would be trucking past the smelter anyway to Richards bay!
