Posting of the Annual Report and Notice of Annual General Meeting

IQGeo Group plc (AIM: IQG), announces that its Annual Report and Financial Statements for the year ended 31 December 2020 along with its Notice of Annual General Meeting have been posted to shareholders and are available to view on the Company's website, www.iqgeo.com .

The Company is committed to ensuring the safety of all its stakeholders during these unprecedented and uncertain times. The Company is planning to conduct the meeting with the minimum number of shareholders present so as to enable the Annual General Meeting to be quorate whilst ensuring social distancing measures are in place.

The Company intends to make a dial-in facility available so that shareholders can, if they wish, listen in to the meeting. Details on how to access the dial-in facility will be published on the Investors section of the Company's website (www.iqgeo.com/investors/) on the morning of the Annual General Meeting. However, please note that, in accordance with the Company's articles of association, any shareholder who dials into the meeting will not technically form part of the meeting or count towards the quorum.

The Company will continue to closely monitor the latest legislation and guidance issued by the Government. If circumstances evolve such that the Directors consider that, within safety constraints and in accordance with government guidance, arrangements regarding attendance at the Annual General Meeting can change, the Company will notify shareholders as soon as reasonably practicable of any such changes via a Regulatory Information Service and on our website.
