IQGEO Group plc (LSE:IQG, "Company" or "IQGEO") received notification on 14 July 2021 from Kestrel Partners LLP ("Kestrel") that on the 9th and 13th July 2021 that Kestrel had purchased, on behalf of its discretionary clients, an aggregate of 76,061 ordinary shares of 2p each ("Shares") in the Company at an average price of GBP1.238675 per share for accounts managed by Kestrel.

Mr Royde is a partner of, and holds a beneficial interest in, Kestrel. Mr Royde is also a shareholder in Kestrel Opportunities and is therefore deemed to have a beneficial interest in Kestrel Opportunities' entire legal holding in IQGEO.

Following this transaction, Kestrel Opportunities holds (and consequently Mr Royde is deemed to have a beneficial interest in) 10,560,690 Shares in the Company, and other clients of Kestrel, in which Mr Royde has no beneficial interest hold 4,050,093 Shares in the Company.

On a combined basis, Kestrel indirectly holds voting rights over 14,610,783 Shares in the Company, which represents 25.49 per cent of the Company's issued share capital.
