IQGeo Group plc (AIM: IQG), a leading developer of geospatial productivity and collaboration software for telecoms and utility network operators, announces that it was notified today that on 6 January 2021, Ian Kershaw, Non-Executive Director of the Company, transferred, via sale and purchase (the "Transfer"), 2,000 ordinary shares of 2 pence in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") into his SIPP. Mr. Kershaw sold 2,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 100.1 pence from an account in both his and his wife's name and bought 2,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 101.0 pence to be held in his SIPP.

Following the Transfer, Mr. Kershaw's beneficial interest in the Company remains unchanged at 38,231 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.07 per cent. of the total issued share capital.
