26/7/2017 07:59 | Is there any way we can move back to a board where people post useful info rather than commentary on their expected daily price movements? | sheep_herder
26/7/2017 07:56 | The ONLY sure thing in life today Potential, was that you were going to start it with an inane comment ;-) Maxwell-yep, the benefit of 3D sensing 'component' makers, inferring ( they have to infer and suggest, otherwise Apple smacks their bottoms, is that the wider investment market gets continually reminded that the ramp is real :-). Mind you IQEdid the same in the IMS....but only if you know, you know. :-) One question-it now looks certain that the new Smartphones out there will get the Time of Flight autofocus VCSEL application on at least one of the camera's, can someone supply a list of the 2-3 component suppliers that are able to produce those, we need to be looking as carefully at them as the 3D sensor guys like Lumentum, Finisair and Viavi S | sweenoid
26/7/2017 07:44 | Another 5% day to come enjoy!! | potential
25/7/2017 21:12 | Barron's 5h ago "The news implies the Apple supply chain is gearing up for a major volume ramp-up of 3-D sensing modules in second half 2017,” writes Netis, "despite recent news reports of potential slippage of iPhone 8 by two to three months.",,,,, ............In its prepared remarks, AMS said its results and outlook were trending up because of a “major smartphone OEM”: | maxwellsdemon
25/7/2017 16:55 | And multilingual gaming services it seems! | darola
25/7/2017 16:45 | Seems compound Semiconductors especially VCSEL's are nearly as good as flavoured chemicalised water ;-) Another great volume day Tick-tock S | sweenoid
25/7/2017 16:41 | SP over 100p, may be orderly II buying into IQE. Steady it goes. | berber1
25/7/2017 16:01 | Moved across from OPM. Hoped for a sharper rise there, but 7% in 10 days is reasonable. Volumes have dried up so it's likely to stagnate. IQE however doesn't look like it will stand still for a while... | darola
25/7/2017 15:42 | nice one Darola, gradually adding myself, but a tad busy elswhere today :-) | panic investor
25/7/2017 15:41 | Another top up. Now up to 30k shares. | darola
25/7/2017 15:23 | Macom hitting new highs | poombear
25/7/2017 14:51 | Could be a muslamic raygun I know Trump believes in them. | mad foetus
25/7/2017 14:48 | I wonder what they are supplying to Raytheon? Being a 'Supplier of Excellence' to a US defence manufacturer with annual revenue of $25 billion is no bad thing. I wonder if they're providing 3D optical sensors for those? So many options there, and if you have the right product in that market they will pay through the nose for it. | luxaeterna1
25/7/2017 14:08 | I miss Yump and his irritation. | poombear
25/7/2017 13:41 | poombear - the barbed one you refer to might be me. It wasn't meant to be critical, just warning people that he can be intolerant of people posting here if they have not done their research (and I should have used that terminology but I was rushing comment out while in transit from India to the UK). Apologies to sweenoid if any offence taken, it wasn't intended. | crazycoops
25/7/2017 13:32 | Big trade gone through. | someuwin
25/7/2017 13:31 | Well miffed at the moment. Been pushing a pension transfer for 2+ months now and have finally ticked all the required boxes. Just spoken to the current provider and there internal processes will take 3 to 4 weeks to kick off the transfer - by which time IQE will probably be significantly higher. I'm just praying it comes ahead of the September statement - although secretly hoping for a tree shake/sell on the news type dip just as the funds land!! Wasn't there a gap around 90p that needed filling!! LOL! | darola
25/7/2017 13:03 | Anoter good volume day. Has this become a traders dream. ps I can't trade. Have tried it. Got burned | rutter
25/7/2017 11:43 | He does have a thread on iqe from his comments on the IMS last week, interesting to get his followers views in the comments section. Our Sweenoid, gets some recognition, one slightly barbed lol. | poombear
25/7/2017 11:36 | Aha, rivaldo!! All is revealed. Thanks. How about posting the Paul Scott opinion on iii? Edit (12.26) : Ah, I see you have. | aimingupward2
25/7/2017 11:31 | Compelling story...I have taken 46k shares so far today.... Good luck all :) | multibagger
25/7/2017 11:31 | No, no :o)) Aimingupward, skip to the end of the COMMENTS section at the bottom, not the company summary sections! | rivaldo
25/7/2017 11:28 | rivaldo, the stockopaedia link you give in post 3515 is for Mc Colls Retail not IQE!! Poonbear says Paul,Scott is usually a bit sozzled at 2.00 a.m. Is that the reason? 😊 | aimingupward2
25/7/2017 11:21 | What other company is supplying into (and is increasingly central to) all these tech driven trends... Mobile phones, Internet infrastructure, Data centres, IoT, Solar, LED lighting, Autonomous Cars, Power transmission, Robotics etc etc. All these markets are just going to grow and grow....As it IQE. | someuwin
25/7/2017 11:17 | I agree with him. It does look almost to good to be true even after a fantastic run over the last year or so. | allstar4eva |
