The bad news is already priced in, at Southwark the gas is there as already proven, so it's a case of them insulating the water to let the gas flow easier, the pressure is excellent and that's very important. It will be sorted imo.

Positive upside from here. They are producing and the forward plan is impressive. Southwark will be a massive bonus to nail on.

Tidy2 I absolutely don't disagree but it has to be said up until now these are one of the worst managed o&g companies in a very long time.
Hopefully though that will change as will their G&G interpretations!
The jury's still well out for me but you never know this could be first signs of positive news leak?

Not really considering they are already producing besides Southwark and they have back to back drill operations throughout the year plus 9 new blocks over 5 licenses in the pipe

Could take some time to show bh but again so what, respectfully it's not that big a punt but got to admit, got some balls at this stage due to relative risks now, IMHO.

Well I've been doing my research over the last week and I have chosen to by 37 grands worth, so much happening this year and I love the fact that they want to restructure or pay off the bond so they can pay dividend, and I'm all for that.

IOG has recently broken into profitability so their prior investments seem to be paying off. Shareholders would no doubt be pleased with this because the business was loss-making five years ago but is is now generating 9.4% on its capital. In addition to that, IOG is employing 1,429% more capital than previously which is expected of a company that's trying to break into profitability.
