BARCELONE (Agefi-Dow Jones)--Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS.LN) va vendre les activités offshore de sa filiale Lombard aux organismes de prêt Shawbrook et Investec (INVP.LN) pour 150 millions de livres sterling (169 millions d'euros), a rapporté la chaîne Sky News mercredi.
Cette cession est due aux nouvelles règles prudentielles imposant une séparation entre les activités de Lombard dans les îles Anglo-Normandes et l'activité de banque de détail de RBS. Shawbrook et Investec se partageront les actifs de RBS rachetés, a précisé Sky News.
