01/9/2010 09:41 | ..........here we are at £2.30 and probably sitting at the head of the FTSE exit door ........very much a low point when comparing to the likes of GE, SIE, ROK, EMR etc.....all have experienced a strong run over the past year.....although fallen from their peaks none quite at dramatic as here .......so where to now?....... a hint of takeover and period of negative pension free news will send it into orbit......that's for sure......dp9115 prepare for takeoff!! | hobby2

15/8/2010 18:58 | ...dp ...jus look at the share price history...major drops have always followed with substantial increases at some point.......the company remains on track for increased performance over the next few years and this will drive the share price to further highs in the medium term and not forgetting the substantial increase in dividend payments for 2011 & 2012.......hang on in as the future rewards will be worth waiting for!!! | hobby2
15/8/2010 15:40 | donkey... you must be joking ! had my fingers burnt for far too long already without throwing good money after bad , looking to dump my holding as soon as , if ever , the price increases, never to look at this company again. | dp9115
14/8/2010 15:12 | Tempted at this level but a bit wary as it would appear that unless there is a decent bounce from here Invensys will be ejected from the FTSE 100 which would trigger a wave of big fund selling. Next review is Sept 8th so there is a few weeks before the cut. Problem is that if the big holders feel that it is going to fall out then it will become a self fullfilling prophesy and drive the share price down with it. I will keep on my watch list for the next week or two. | salpara111
13/8/2010 16:37 | Well dp it hit 240, you buy any? This now clears the way for As ever £4.40 ttfn ps Now what we need here is a profits warning, rights issue and a CEO resignation, that'll really set the price alight! | donkeystone
13/8/2010 08:32 | ......pension deficit is well under control and the majority of members are retired, investment strategy is therefore very conservative..ie low risk, gilts bonds etc ....the pension scheme value is circa £4b as this pot includes all those employed under from the days of the merged conglomerate BTR/Siebe.....ISYS get bad press as the value of scheme to market cap is normaly compared whereas comparison of the deficit to market cap would be more appropriate imo.....suggest u start buying dp!!! | hobby2
13/8/2010 07:29 | with a pension deficit as big as this...doubt it. | dp9115
