Nice work JK on the bonds. Looking at the valuation changes over 3 or 4 financial statements it seems that having decided to sell Derby they moved the valuation to a realistic market value. The actual movement in Derby was far lower than other (similar) assets. IMO the rest of the portfolio remains significantly overvalued Suspect if the assets where actually marked to market the bondholders would be in charge.
